A Walk on Broadway
It was early autumn in Newport Rhode Island and a light rain had just passed. The sidewalks were damp, and the town was quiet. As I walked to a restaurant on Broadway, I saw a couple strolling ahead of me and thought to myself, this would make a great painting.
Reflections at Newport Vineyards
The harvest had arrived and I accompanied Billy Wilson for the de-stemming of grapes at Newport Vineyards. Of course, I had to sample the latest vintage of the Great White, a blend of cayuga, riesling and vidal blanc. I was captivated by the play of light, and challenged myself to capture the moment.
